Did anyone hear about Gus Hansen?

ive heard rumors that gus quit playing poker he took a 9 mil loss over christmas and quit playing am wondering if this is true or rumors

Source? You need to post a source. Granted, I'm assuming this is dealing with live poker and as such we would never know the true results and the players in that game are not going to give out information like that to the public. I'd assume it is just rumours and nothing more than that unless he said otherwise.

He wrote in his blog he was taking a break from poker to analyze his game.

Gus Hansen is dead. He's face down in a pool of his own vomit bcos he lost $9 million. Poor guy.

yea i am sorry i don't have a source i was talking to a guy in a game on full tilt he was talking about how bad gus plays i said i like the way he plays more then helmuth then he said at least helmuth didn't spew 9 million this xmas i tried to look it up alone and i got all this dutch writing

its hard to tell someone they have a gambling problem when they've won more in poker then they've lost, in fact he makes a living playing. plus its a rumor
