Desperation Poker

Im tryin to decide what hands to play given "how desperate i am" to play, ie i'll play with worse hands if im on the button, short stacked or there are minimal players.
I know what hands i'll play from ratings -10 to 0 (the usual solid hands tight players play with), would you be able to tell me what hands i should play in other ratings, maybe change the way i rate it too as i might not be weighting these factors correctly.

Desperation rating:

Take 1 away each position I am from button
Add 10 if stack is less than 10bb
Add (8-total players) squared – 1 for 7, 4 for 6, 9 for 5, 16 for 4 ,25 for 3 and 36 for 2.

And also I like only callin pocket pairs below QQ coz theres only a 1 in 8 chance you'll hit.. well would there be any cases that you'd raise with JJ 1010 or 99?
