Did you try to deposit with it? if you did try depositing through neteller, but ask support first they have a Live chat thing that goes 24/7 and they should be able to help you out.

I did try to depsoit with it in both neteller and titan. Immediately and i mean immediately after it failed on neteller i recieved a phone call from neteller explaining to me why it failed. For some reason they don't want money going to offshore accounts or something along those lines(heavy accent customer service rep wasn't going to ask questions).
