I had read a story in one of the poker magazines that he had a cold streak and lost a large amount of his bankroll. That he was not going to play online for a while. I do not if that still applies, because the article was about couple of months ago.

*Disclaimer: this post contains nothing other than regurgitation of rumours that I read somewhere or other* "Talk" around the net seems to be that his contract with Full Tilt is up and he's moving to another site. Betfair and Stars are both being mentioned.

Wow - I'd be genuinely surprised to read an article with him saying that. This is a pretty simple equation though: Full Tilt, right now, is about the only site that features regular nosebleed-stakes action. And David Benyamine is by far the guy who logs the greatest number of hands in those games. If another site wanted to get some nosebleed action happening as well, Degenyamine is the guy they'll want to get it started for them. If there's some scandal behind him leaving Full Tilt, I seriously doubt any of us mere mortals will ever hear about it.
