daniel negreanu's interview

i just finished reading this interview found on the first page of strategy articles.
it's a must read!!
i found it very intertaining and interesting. of course i really like daniel, and highly respect him.
does anyone know about the fullcontact poker. com he talks about?
i'll have to check it out.
the interviews a little outdated, but i'm sure for the most part a lot of it still pertains to today. i don't think his views would've of changed that much.
i know this since a reference was made to him being a newly wed and the last i heard he was getting a divorce. (that was awhile ago)

oh i forgot to mention that in the interview there was a hint for him to possibly join this forum. i guess he declined, but probably only because he's so busy.
i'm sure if he gave it a try he'd be impressed.

the "poker kid" is awesome. he can read ppl incredibly well.

I wouldn't consider it particularly likely he'd join here, being that he has his own forum and blog. Since I don't know whether linking to it here is prohibited, I'll refrain but it's easy enough to find with google.

I'm particularly interested in seeing how he does with his $10-100k challenge. Should be fun to watch!

thought it was Kid Poker?

He's a great player, but I can't standing hearing him talk. I would rather read his blog or a book then listen to him. His table talk is annoying now too. I used to think he was pretty funny and very likeable but after seeing him put down the Mike The Mouth a few seasons ago on HSP, that made me see him as a guy with a big ego. Even Mikes Brother Scott has said that. (Scott Matusow has a show on Nowlive.com and talks about poker and other issues in the world, pretty interesting.)

Seeing Daniel make fun of Ming was pretty dumb too. Even though he's cool with it, Daniel went on and on and even had a convo with Ming using the voice. So Daniel must think Ming understands him better when he talks like that. lol

I don't know. A few things about the guy has rubbed me wrong but I do respect him as a poker player. I would read anything he might blog or put in a book, but to watch him or listen to him talk isn't something I'm going to do.
