Damn!!! Just unlucky

Before I begin, this isn't a topic where I want to say "I've been screwed". I don't really care, just wanted to share it with you all

Was playing in a freeroll (private one, 41 players, 1st $50, 2nd $30, 3th $20).

Played really good poker, from the beginning I had a nice chipcount. Made it to the final table and still had a nice chipcount but needed to steal a few blinds or win a nice pot. On the big blind I checked and saw that the flop gave me high pair. I went all in, someone else (who was 2nd in de chiplead so he didn't really had to call to gain a lot of chips) called. As the hands were layed down on the table I saw that the dude had a straight draw and the turn made it end of the tourney for me!

I finished 4th in this tourney. This isn't the first time. Two weeks ago I also finished 4th with a freeroll on bospoker where the first 3 qualify for a $2000 guarantee tourney (buy-in $33).

I guess I'm just born to finished a place under the places who got a pricetag.

I really could use a hug at this moment (from a female member offcourse).

maybe you should start playing some sit and go tables to get more experience when it gets shorthanded

That's maybe a good tip.

Dunno tho', I play good when I am on the final table, play with balls and this way I steal a lot of blinds. I just get very unlucky everytime when I have a good want. Either someone has a higher pair in his hand or like this time, someone calls with a straight draw...

But I can play some sit and go tables.. got $22 @ Betfred and $30 @ Absolute Poker.. all won with freerolls and private parties

Well, I guess this wasn't really my day!

Another tourney, great play from me (if I just say so). Chipleader for a while, had some really bad beats and finished 11th while the first 9 get paid lol.

The tourney this evening of Cardschat, had some nice chips. JJ in my hand, someone goes all in, I call... lost to a K8. Next hand, had QQ, someone raises and I call. Lost to a A7 not suited.

Texas Hold'em is lovely but when this happends I get cranky lol. Enough poker for me today...

ive had some pretty bad beats. i was playing a wsop satellite, top 3 get in wsop main event.5 players left and i flop the nut flush with k-4 and the flop was A-6-5.hes got 6-Q and i go all-in, he had about 20 chips more than me so he calls and is screwed if he loses. dude catches the runner-runner sixes and wins.
