Case in point...Small Pairs??

I'd fold.

I don't want to be in the middle of an ego contest with such a week hand. But I would have folded on the button reraise. Now ur stuck with 2 outs, and what are you gonna do?

IMO Small pair only play well against single opponents or limped pots, and you have multiple villains and a REraised pot here. I hope you try to show us later that this is profitable and fill out the HH with the flop coming 33x. Don't forget to answer the door though, It's likely to be the Donald wanting to randomly give away a millllllllllion bucks!

Look at the stack sizes. We are 250BB deep,two players are 120+BB deep and one has 228BB.
Even if the pot is 3bet its a min-raise and then almost a min 3bet,where beeing asked to call 3bb with deep stacks.
We are geting more then good enough odds to set mine imo.

As for the hand, it's a call. Stacks are deep and if we hit out set our implied odds are very good.

Just lurking mostly WVH. The less I type here the better I am afraid. The monthly thread chapped my ass so much in January I figured I'd back off a little.

So Im guessing you stacked him right? Its a good play (well I've found it to be profitable) by playing these costa rican pairs the same way. Your hand is truly disguised and rarely you will be facing set vs set on a flop. So if you happen to spike a set with one of these low pairs you are gonna get paid off. The only real problems you have to worry about is board texture..........

My only thought is the button is repping a hand with his 44 cent bet.

His limp raise preflop starts to make me suspicious.

It's real doofy if he chose to play KK this way pre flop. Is your read on him that he is doofy? Frankly at 02nl he is gonna have something like AA QQ JJ AXh KXh an awful lot of the time and play this way... But you'll also see KK played just ike that.

Honestly 02nl is all about implied odds (all of NLHE is really... but its not always so easy to play your costa rican pairs up higher ). You got all the money in with what is more often than not the winner here. You make more than you lose on this play overall down here.
