Hard to believe I would be in agreement of and support a position of Baney Frank. It's a crazy world we live in.

I have to agree with that. I would not have thought I would agree with Barney. Perhaps, he has a soft spot for a good donk?

I have seen him on the Bill Maher show a couple of times and this guy has some very good ideas. This is one of them.

I belive holeheartedly with this Statment from that artical.....

“I agree there is a practice around today that causes a lot of problems, damages families, people lose their jobs, they get in debt. They do it to excess. It is called drinking. Are we going to go back to Prohibition? Prohibition didn't work for alcohol; it doesn't work for gambling.”

Prohibition didn't work then and it is not working now, i hope these changes do come around and benifit everyone.
