What is the problem with configuration??

Are you using a Mac??
I cant help you if thats the case!

If it is windows..Uninstall it (don't worry you will still have everything intact) as long as you have your password remembered...
Then Download it from here www.cardschat.com/sites/4.php
The Re-Install it...the Avatar pic will still be there, just need to set up your preferences like Table Theme, and Background and options again.

I haven't actually played pokerstars yet, just installed it today..

Just need to change the port to which it connects to 26002 instead of 443 due to firewall issues. But I can't find the configuration file to do it in.

'PokerStars software uses two port numbers by default: 26002 and 443. They are interchangeable, but PokerStars will select one for you automatically. You may change the port number in the configuration files if you wish.'
