Changing Names

I play at pokerstars. How can i change my poker name? is there a tab i can go to or do i have to email support. also, how often are you allowed to change it?

I think its their policy that you are allowed one name per account. And since you are only supposed to have account, thats one name forever. Think you would have to get them to close the account.

hmmmm....interesting. but i've seen people talk about how they changed names because people know how they play now and such. i would ask them but i don't know who they are now. anyone changed names in pokerstars?

If you need to change your ID as too many people have too good notes on how you play then maybe it is time that you changed your style and use this too your advantage.

I think people worry a little too much about what people know about them. At online poker sites, most players are only playing their hand. They don't know/care who you are, or what you might be holding. And this is a good thing.
