I can tell you that Cd Poker is (closed) to Us player's, however there is an link attached in there forum for Cd player's to follow. I recieved an e-mail something like that from another one of there affiliates, an I forwarded that info to Nick last week.

JeeDub, no, CD is no longer taking US clients. We have a thread in both the Poker General and Playing Poker sections that lists sites banning/allowing US players, and it's updated daily.
