CD Poker Live Help...

I have no idea if this is the right place to do this or what but I am pissed right off.

I signed up for some $150 deposit bonus thing from another site and everything went smooth and last night my card got declined because I screwed something up, anyway I completed everything and I am told now to get my bonus I have to contact online support. Last night as soon as I logged in there were people talking to me not vice versa, today I have waited for 3 fricken hours with the chat box open saying hello every 10-20 minutes with no answer. Titan Support works fine but CD is just screwed, I called in and they said there is traffic but there is not 3 hours of traffic. Can anyone else try and see if it works for me and let me know if my computer is screwed or what.
