Casinos

I just played some roulette at Noble Poker. Man, that games is addicting. The biggest sucker bet is the thing on the top left that shows previous hits. People think, oh look black hasnt hit in 5 spins, lets bet my life savings on it.' The little white ball HS NO MEMORY. You can win big at casino games, but over the long run the casino wins

And here I thought that Roulette in General was a sucker bet.

Edit to add: I just noticed the stakes you were playing.
Although it is still a sucker bet, It does look like a fun way to blow off some steam.

Final Edit to add: I Positive Repped you, for the explanation of how each spin is independent of previous spins, and that the house wins in long run.

I find it funny that Noble Poker now has roulette. Especially since many poker players will often get their money in with hands that % wise are equal to most roulette bets or worse.

Bodog, titan and noble all have casinos. Some roulette have 0 and 00.

I was playing low stakes to try it I deposited at Noble last week and didnt like it so i cashed out my deposit and am playing with what is left over which is like $15.

All casino games favor the house. You can win a lot of money at a casino at one time, but over the long run they win. Kind of like donks/fish in poker. They will get lucky and beat you a few times but over the long run you will analyze their play and beat them

I went and looked at the Titan casino. It had a different version of Roulette. How many different versions of roulette are there? Also, what are the buttons i oulined in yellow? The casinos give a complee list of rules for everything.

There are 2 main forms of Roulette. European Roulette (1 zero) and American Roulette (0 and 00). Obviously with one less zero, European Roulette offers better odds. Not sure what you highlighted in yellow.

I recall one particular roulette wheel incident :-

Just got knocked out of a MTT, so thought i'd lose a couple of extra bucks.

One guy is betting 0/3 split and some high number split, heavy, and I mean real heavy. I stick to my couple of bucks here and there. Anyway about 15 or so spins pass, and he still hasnt hit one of his numbers, and he is starting to look agitated. His chips have gone and the ball is now spinning.

What happen next I recall like yesterday, he as good as rips off his boot, plunges into his boot, pulls out a wad of notes and calls his two splits while sticking half his bundle down on each. Number 8 comes in and I get $16 for two corners, he calls me a f***ing pr**k and storms off.

Sort of really sums up the mugs game in 1 spin.

If you have downloaded games like this, then this is for you :-
'tut tut tut'

Stick to the poker/bridge/canasta etc (esp the poker )

The 0/3 split is one of the worst bets in Roulette. No wonder he lost.

I deposited $50 at noble and got $10 instant. I played SNgs and poker and got it up to $65. I cashed my original $50 cause i didnt really like it. I played a $10 HU SNG and won. I had $26 and took it all to roulette. Bet $4 on red and lost. Then i bet $8 on red and lost. Then i threw like the remaining $14 on red and won. Put $2 on red again and won.

I got it over $30 so i can cash out $20 now. I cant cash out the $10 instant unril i get like 1000 crowns. Once my $20 cashout gos through ill have cashed $70 from my $50 deposit and will still have $10 to freeroll with.

Well, every bet on roulette is pretty much just as bad as any other. ie they are all negative "pot odds". The longer you play for the bigger the mug essentially.

As a slight aside, I wonder whether I hardened poker pro on 'Deal or no Deal' is going to say 'Deal' to a £30,000 offer when there is only a 1p box and a £100,000 box left.....hmmm
