carbon poker support

I have been having a problem getting CP support to answer my inquiries. This may be a problem that a long timer member or a computer jockey may have to answer. I wanted to start an account with
cp, but already had an email address there from back a ways when my other computer wouldn't support there software. I tried to open a new account with a different email address and was going to open an alias account with yahoo. No deal. Now CP (it seems) is trying to answer my email questions but sending them to the alias account whcih doesn't exist. Have sent three emails and no answer for 3 days. Anyone get any ideas or know of a phone nyumber. I'll call them if i have to. thanks.

Maybe send them another email, ask the question again, and say that you think they may have replied previously to the wrong addy...

Why bother with a site that won't even help you set up an account?

Stick to pokerstars or fulltilt.

I have always had good communications with carbon. Also anytime I have had any problems on most of the sites using the phone call worked best and fastest. They all seem to have good techies. I would call them as they may just have to cancel out your old email address so you cam register.

What is your OS? and why not try their sister site, pokercs.com
you are prohibited from using the same info that you're using at Carbon, anyway, so it will be a 'new-to-them' acct. Most of the games that are on Carbon are the same games with the same players on poker.com. You won't miss a thing. Good Luck!
PS don't tell pokercs.com about your other acct w/Carbon-it will save you a headache.
