Hey Everyone,

Could You Play Poker on the iphone... like Full Tilt, pokerstars, Ultimate Bet... or any of the major online sites....

I know recently Full Tilt came out with Rush Poker Mobile... but I don't think it works for the iPhone...

but I know people that can play on those sites... just don't know how they do it...

Yes, you can play poker on iPhone...kind of. You use a remote desktop App, like teamviewer, to access your home PC and essentially play poker on it from your phone.

I doubt there will be any official poker Apps (for $) on iPhone as all apps have to be approved by Apple.

Lofwyr hit it. I use Logmein and access my PC. There is a slight speed issue, but considering I can watch live TV and access both my work and home computers from basically anywhere in the world, I guess I have to accept some of the negatives!

yeah, it's finally happened. According to www.iphonepokerapps.co.uk Bwin have managed to get an real money poker app past Steve Jobs and into iTunes. Wonders never cease.

The bad news is the app is not available in the US of A. Only austria and the UK so far. Sob, sob...

Still, it's a start. Looks like I might hold off on buying an Android now.

I also use Log Me In to access my laptop from the iphone. I find I can comfortably play 2 tables without much effort.

Awesome info now the only problem is that my country doesn't accept paid applications for my android market. :(

IIRC, Bwin will most likely be expanding their market once the initial trial happens. I haven't used LogMeIn, might have to check that out.

Funny.. Pretty sure I was playing with a guy on a cell phone earlier.. he kept on dropping his signal and bouncing back right before the clock was about to fold him.. Can't say it was progress though.. If you're hurting so bad for an internet connection just go to a hotel lobby or something.. they're usually free there !
