Can't logon

Hi all can anyone HELP me please

I opened WORLD PX tonight to be told new update, so i cliked ok. It downloaded the new version but when I came to log in it came up with:-

REQUEST FAILED (99)
FAILD:YOUR REQUEST COULD NOT BE PROCESSED.
PLEASE CONTACT OUR SUPPORT FOR FURTHER IMFOMATION.

But I tried to contact support it just ask me to login so I am stuck.
