Can someone explain the Ub RAISE points?

I read the thing that explained it, but it read like a software manual. I know it actually didnt, Im just figuratively speaking. Its something I never bothered to care about. And now I would like to know. Any simple explanation would be much appreciated.

your right,its written like a software manual in chinese.best guess is its some kind of status thing that relates to how fast you accumulate ultimate points

So theres no real "point" in it?

They screwed over the entire point system except for people who are either playing a ton on their site or for very high stakes. The high stakes players get hooked up more, probably 'cause they all left when they realized the same thing as was going on at absolute was happening on ub.
