Cake poker cashout?

Is anyone else who cashed in the cake poker $10,000 freeroll, having problems cashing out?
I requested a withdrawal of $60 as soon as i won the money, and they said it would take no longer than 48 hours. Well its been longer than 48 hours and the money isn't in my neteller account, it isn't even back on cake poker.
Ive sent them an e-mail, but god knows if they will ever reply.

i think its a neteller issue. I have 2 pending withdrawals for over $10k each and fulltilt are saying there is some tech issue with neteller atm. Hope that shines some light on. I have been waiting 5 days now.

Ive found the problem.
In order to cash out from cake poker you have to earn at least 2 gold chips.
You get a gold chip when you earn 120 fpp's. Ive been playing 0.5/1 lhe, for about 15 mins and Ive already earned 4 fpp's, so i don't think its gonna be that hard to do.

I had opened an account there a while ago and found the play ridiculously soft - have since tripled (more maybe) and cashed out with ease.

Im glad you found the solution - you just have to remember they won't give the money away - you'll always have to play a little bit with them

yes, because cake poker is a newer poker site and most of the time newer players will go there because of the free roll offers since the site is trying to get players there and most of the time they are just either donks or just rookies. and sometimes you will get good players like you to go overthere too. But im pretty sure about 80% of their new players are just donks

If it's like other sites, the FPP you gain is determined by the rake they are making on each hand.

So finally i have earned my 2 gold chips and i am allowed to cash out!! It took me 6 hours of playing $1-$2 LHE, but i am now up $110.
I
ve got some advice for you all.
DONT EVER PLAY AT CAKE POKER!! They are pure scum! They just lie and lie and lie.
Then they take ages to answer your emails, and when they do, it has nothing to do with the question you asked them.
