Bodog bonus clearing question

Hi all,

Just wondering about this. It takes 3 Bodog points to redeem $1. I got their $100 bonus when I signed up, on top of that, they give me 50 pts. Question: Does the 50 pts count into the clearing of the bonus? or do I have to get a total of 350 points?

Can I use those points for tourney, even though I'm clearing my bonus? Will they remove the points once I get enough to clear my bonus?

No, the 50 points does not count towards the bonus - you need to earn 300 total.

Yes, you can spend the points in tournaments before you clear the bonus, and you will still get credit for earning those points.

No, Bodog never takes away player points unless you use them to buy into tournaments, or sell them (they were giving away $10 per 600+ points last month).

i know bodog has always home for me but with the recent disabling of american deposits and this bonus adjustment i have no real good reason to stay.

I never liked them in the first place...didnt they offer a free five dollars for nothing..only for the small print to say that u had to send them a copy of your passport and driving licence to recieve it?.....Roll on when the goverments eventually realise how big online poker is..and regulate it so that more legit companies can take over.

What would a real good site for a beginner? Any suggestions? I can't devote too much time to playing, it's more like a hobby to me. I'm grinding at $10 NL tables at Bodog. The action's pretty loose there.

From what I've heard, Pokerstars' tight, partly because they've been around for the longest time. I was thinking of The pokerroom's network. Just wondering of there's any good sites for a beginner with attractive bonus or rakeback.

WPEX offers rakeback, but the game volume stinks, not much players around at the moment due to the fact that they are a relatively new site.

Thinking of going back to Party or sign up at pokerroom.
