Birdies Fly the Coop?

I see some Birdies around in Cards Chat that weren't here before.. both places have good, somewhat different, things to offer.

Both top of the heap in terms of participation and expertise. Have tried them all.

Anyway, nice to see the birdies flocking around..

Don't hear a peep... must be undercover birds...

them damn birds aren't hiding , they're FRW's and just show up at freeroll time to get the password . I have seen a couple in our buy in games with the stones to display the rb.com at our table , I take it personal and would like to see them barred from playing until they change it.

now don't get me wrong , I believe they have a right to join as many forums as they want , but don't sit at our table and take our money while displaying their .com , not right .

I know a few rb's here that are also good cc'ers and cool people .

I posted this thread cos I saw some posts from birdies I know, they are solid players, and good members whatever forum they join.

Haven't seen the birds avatar in Chat games yet.. that's funny! (well, maybe not...)

In any case, I like to see poker bloggers moving around and cross-pollinating (sharing) info and such, but I am against the use of barring/blocking/banning people in general, and have seen mods at some places (not this one... ) use this power to intimidate members. I like CC because it seems more focused on poker, less on drama...

Myself I would like to see bird and CC avatars together -- maybe we should organize a tourney? That would be a real dog fight!!

OK, that would me...I'm not aware of any rule saying this is not allowed.
PS was supposed to remove my RB avatar months ago and still hasn't, so I don't know what to tell you there dude.

I've played in 3 CC games on PS so far and haven't taken anyones money yet! so I guess I'm leaving my "stones" at the table for u guys!

I wasn't aware of any fierce forum rivalry either, if anyone can clue me in here, it would be much appreciated.

I'm a member of a number of different poker forums btw, not just RB.

BTW I cruise at all sorts of forums, from 2+2 to FTR to Rounders, Daniel's site, and even the new German Intelli site which is clogging PS these days with their avatars.

also didn't mean anyone was actually taking our money but trying to while displaying rb.com at the table seems like a slap in the face IMO .

After a while a forum will just permeate with bad beat stories and make a small contribution to poker knowledge. Thats why I will jump from one to another. Issues about calling this one a DONK is lame. But I do like the idea of an internet challenge.
