I would off checked my flush draw to see what the other players would off done maby your friend could off got to see the next card for free or at a cheap price instead off going all in on a draw.I dont think he got sucked out on.Just got unlucky that the other player flopped a straight.with a straight flush draw.

I would have done the same - all you can do is get your chips in with the best hand, then hope. Better players than me would be able to give the odds of hitting a straight flush on the river, but I am sure your friend was unlucky.

I would have flat called the initial raise IMO. I'd rather get my chips in (if any, on the turn, where I can make an approximation of where I stand.) Your friend didnt flop the nut flush either, as there was a straight flush draw on the board. Also, if someone comes over the top with a reraise all in, it should tell you that perhaps your flush is beaten.

He played it very well, got a guy with a strong hand to get his money in bad. It was not a bad play on the other guy either, but with 3 clubs on the board I do not know if I would have played it so fast. More than likely if u get called your beat or someone is drawing to the nutz. And to put your money in with pretty much 1 out to win the pot is not smart poker. So he basically put his money in with 2% on the turn and 1% chance to win on the river, I would say that is pretty lucky, lol

What scare cards are out there, besides the SF'S, I mean 34c,48c, and only 89c are the only hands that really beat him at this point so I see no reason as to why he would have to be scare, personally the hand was played well IMO, bad luck, but more so I want to know what limit was this again? |

i think he played it as he should of because it is very rare that a person has the straight flush especially when you have the nut flush it was just one of those bad beats that everyone talks about best thing to do is chalk it up and move on i feel for him though thats a really bad beat

I think your friend played perfecly and got suckout... it happens
however the other guy didn't actually played bad it deppends on the read he had and how have they played before but the only thing i didn't like was his reraise I would have flat called to see the turn. but either way great flop for both hands but as you know almost always there's always only one winner for every hand |

I read it wrong.Than Yes I would say he got real unlucky But the other guy did have a straight and a straight flush draw.I might off called with the straight flush draw and straight depending on how the player that was in the pot with me was playing previous hands.Wasnt played bad by either player.
