| Rush looks super fishy, super fun, super fast. But in reality, it's pretty much a crapshoot. Not only do you have to adjust your entire strategy, but its impossible to get stats on a person and/or tell if they are just getting too attached to their blinds/chips or just holding super good cards. Everyone complains about bad beats, and the rush poker set up only perpetuates it. |

| From a players convenience stand point synchronized breaks is the best implementation. Just think back to when breaks were after 1 hour of play and if you were playing several different tables, you never really got a "break" to get up and walk away for whatever. |

| Synchronized breaks only affects tournament players and really would only help tournament players playing numerous tourneys at the same time. If rush poker brings more inexperienced players into the game then that would be a better innovation IMO. |

| I think the best thing to happen in poker is our idiots in office are finally getting there head our of there ass and coming closer to legalizing online poker for Americans, so we can in effect take back the market and maybe we can get a fair game. And rush poker is a trip, but I think it should be called RAKE poker, but they do have 2 rush poker free rolls per day, just so you all know. |

That would be me then, and I like synchronised breaks. The only downer is that not all sites have picked up the idea yet. |

my vote is clearly -- RUSH --- - i dont play due to slow connection but the idea was brilliant an idea for the future? how about limit / no limit? -limit preflop /nolimit postflop? Last edited by pfb8888 : 8th June 2010 at 6:39 PM. |

| Synched breaks = +1 Rush poker = -3 IMO, rush poker amounts to a game of math. And since I suck @ math, I can't stand it. Much prefer making my decisions based on: The actions of the other players @ my table = 65% The cards I'm holding = 25% Other factors (my aching back, intuitions, twitchy fingers) = 10% |
