| 17-inch laptop, up to 24 tables at a time. I don't tile. All tables are stacked directly on top of each other, nice and big so I can read all the stats. They pop up automatically when it's my turn to act. Doesn't anyone else do this? It doesn't require fancy hardware, and it makes it a lot easier to keep up with lots of tables. |

A 17" laptop is more than sufficient. The only hard part is starting up the tables. Once they're going, you'd be surprised how easy it is to keep up and play reasonably well. I doubt people multitabling by tiling are noticing much more about their opponents than I do with stacking. Besides, you can always go back after the session and study your opponents. All the data is right there in your database. Watch what they do in the replayer; you'll learn a lot about people's tendencies. |

| I don't have the two monitors just for playing poker. I have them because it is really nice to have for getting work done. Usually I will have whatever software I am using for work on my left monitor and then I will have my email or some kind of material that I am reading off of on the right monitor. It makes it very nice because then you don't have to keep switching windows. Also nice for gaming, when I do, because I can still have my email open and watch for anything important on one monitor while I game on the other. |

And why not run the second as a virtual machine on the first? |

2 PC's I play better with out overlapping or tiling tables. My Current system needs an upgrade. Main monitor is a 19" LCD. I run 4 to 6 tables on this with up to 2 overlapping. The second computer has 2 to 4 tables running at a time on a older 17" CRT with some overlapping. Total max of 10 tables at a time. If I need WiFi I use my work laptop and a VM machine. I like to see all tables at a glance to catch who is playing: tight loose position junk I like to see all tables at a glance .......... |
