My dream is to participate someday at a big tournament. A EPT tournament would be perfect.

Maybe people can share with me there best results. The kind of tournamets it was. I always thinks it's very interesting to know how people have played at live tournaments.

Hope to hear some good results!!

i have played in a few and at first it can be quite intimidating. start at some local ones if you have any at a bar or poker run or something. then you will build your confidence.good luck

ive played in a few live tournies at a casino.
cashed on my 3rd try, and got 5th.

it is alot harder to put your money in the pot live.
and i found out that you get stupid calls in live games also.

the blinds go up almost everytime your on the BBso you gotta pick your hands carefully. I find that playing the top 10 hands in this live game is the best way to go. 60 players $55 buyin

Not terribly impressive, but last time I played live I cashed in 4th for $155. Tourney buy-in was $30.

Live ive only scooped about £35. Was only a 7 person tournament tho. Ive taken the odd £20 here and there from bigger ones on sundays aswell. Nothing overlly exciting but all experience. Ive taken nearly £500 online tho in one tournament. Before 888.com got crap!

I was scheduled to win the wsop last year, but at the last moment decided to let Joseph Hachem play in my place and I didn't enter. Guess that was a bad decision. LOL

Finished 14th out of 500+ in the MBA WSOP $100 entry / singly $100 rebuy last year for $655. Ended up in 31st (~$330) the next day in their $200 main event. Got to meet Phil Gordon, too! That guy is TALL.
