Best Poker Programs

Which Poker TV Programs do you enjoy watching?
I downloaded the ESPN covergage of the 2008 World Series recently and am in the process of watching that.
I havn't personally seen too much poker on tv but might start downloading some more things.

The 2009 Series is showing on ESPN. It started last month. A lot o editing was done, so of course they are still showing limited hands. Mostly big bluffs, big pots and big bad beats. LOL. Watching poker on TV is like watching a black and white movie...getting old. JMHO. X

I like all the poker shows. I have watched the WPT and WSOP tournaments, Celebrity Poker with Phil Gordon which no longer airs, and High Stakes Poker the most. I haven't seen much of the Heads Up tournaments because they are usually aired at times I cannot watch them. The same is true of the Poker After Dark series, which comes on at 2:05 AM in my area. I think my favorite poker show to watch is High Stakes Poker. It's fun to see the pros cracking jokes, and ganging up on mike matusow!

wsop and wpt are my favorite.those big players are idols.i hope one day i can sit at the same table with them.

I'm watching WSOP and High Stakes Poker at the moment, but WSOP is more interesting, cause in cash game, people are pushing all in with AK, cause they know they can rebuy, while you cannot do it in WSOP.

I think the ESPN WSOP coverage is boring. Little discussion of strategy so you learn nothing. Just a lot of ex-wife jokes which are starting to get old after seven years or however long that commentator has been on espn's wsop coverage, followed up by some NUTS segment which I don't care for either. However, I always liked the WPT because of Mike Sexton, I think he does a good job with commentary on how a hand was played well or missplayed.

Whoa buddy, don't diss the ex-wife jokes! I like the NUTS section and I think the show seems quite good this year on the basis of the 40K episodes. They've added the guess the hand section which is quite interesting, but analysis like you would hear on the live final table coverage is quite slim.

I've been going through and watching the Poker After Dark episodes that I haven't seen yet on the net... and I'd probably say that is my favorite poker show.

I have watched all the seasons of high stakes poker , WPT , and i watched some of poker after dark .

I get around to watching pretty much everything TV has to offer for poker. Majority of the time, I end up watching Poker After Dark. My favorite is High Stakes Poker followed by the EPT.

I personally enjoy High Stakes Poker and the WSOP. I play at Full Tilt so I get to see some of those same guys play online as well. Just adds a little bit of fun to it all.

I downloaded the entire 2008 WSOP as well, awesome series.

A good one Is High stakes poker, try It. A lot of money there, playing monster pots and everybody are famous people or poker pros.

I like to watch the WPT, I've picked up a few pointers from Mike Sexton about percentages of something happening,,,, always like watching WSOP also.

yeah i like to watch every poker show if i can catch it especially the Daniel N, poker ones i like when he wheres the toronto maple leafs jersy's im from there also so thats why he my fav. maybe 1 day i will meet him if he isnt in Vegas lol yeah right lol

high stakes poker is my favorite....i have learned lots on that show and the most encouraging thing is to see pros make mistakes and they play bad sometimes

There's very little poker on TV. I watch it whenever I can find it. Probably enjoy the WSOP coverage the most. Tho watch all the reruns of PAD every night, can't wait for new shows.
