best finish in tourney on ps

well last night was enjoyable,i got my best ever finish in a tourney on pokerstars in the british/irish.i got 2 the final table and finished 7th.my word it took a long time ,4 hours of play and 97c was my payout lol.its not the payout that matters ,but its the experience and knowledge i gained thats more important 2 me.the tables were 4 most of the time good and there was a lot of politeness ,which is what its all about.anyway enough of my bragging lol.gl 2 u all at the tables today,but most importantly,,,learn

congrats! i recently finished 2nd in a 180 person sng with a $2.25 buy in and won $61.20. I used to play higher level tournements with my friend/poker mentor and we once one a little over $800 tag teaming on a tourney, but this is my best cash since branching out on my own. i guess being a cards chat member pays off

Very nice. That's how most of us strated off playing in freerolls or low buy-in tournaments. Expecially good are some of the freerolls that are hosted by forums as they have less players/donks and usually a high payout.

Personally I have a hard time taking the regular freerolls very seriously anymore even tough I am very short on cash on many of my accounts. I guess its just that I have been too used to the paid tourneys where players have some sense of what they are doing.

Spend it all now!, The dollar is devalued and heading down, by this time next week it might only be worth 87 cents!
