Wow fantastic win XD. Any close shaves along the way ?

Ive been playing some MTT's in the last few weeks, i usually do ok, until 2/3 hours in a huge hand gets cracked, it was KK vs 88 on FT on Sunday But you really need to win a few coinflips to win these ones.

Well one Xd, that win will keep you in ring money for a good 35 minutes

Yes you almost certainly will need to win coinflips along the way. You need to do your best to make sure you are in favorable circumstances when you run a race though. Favorable is when the blinds are a large percentage of your chips and you won't bust out if you lose. I had noticed recently I was running races too early and for too many chips. Don't let anybody fool you though you have to run into some good luck or at the very least avoid being unlucky to win a tournament.

I was very efficient the first 2 hours turned up the heat around bubble time ended up being the chip leader going into the final 2 tables and at that point I just ran over everbody, which is what you should do with a chip advantage.

Good point, but in fairness when you get involved in big hands early with pre-flop monsters there is nothing much you can do. (AA or KK)

Nice to see a few posts Xd.
