| Bankroll Management. Hi, I used to play for pokerstars where I'd join a double or nothing tourney where if you place at least 5th, you double your money. That was a good strategy for a bit until I noticed that it was sometimes impossible to win (bad beat or crap cards). Recently, I've been playing in single- and multi-table tournies for a 5% buy-in of $1.20. I find that ring games are good as well, but only the capped ones since I have trouble going all-in with $5 on a trip or flush-drawed straight. Does anybody have any bankroll tips other than the Poker Academy ones featured by Craig Ferguson and whatnot? Sincerely, eqgh5uea |
