Sorry to complain, but do not use UltimateBet. They won't pay our and do not respond to email. No customer service phone number is avaiable either. They blow!

Well if he ever made a donk play on UB that would explain why they wont reply to his emails.

Share a little more detail and we might can help you out. I have nothing but good things to say so far with my experiences there.

UB might have its problems.....but they have no record of not paying their customers..I have transfered in and out many times.

They've paid me 6 times in the past year, always within 24 hours of a withdrawal request. Nice 1st post, no details of your problem, just drivel about a site many of us play at often with no problems. My BS meter is twitching somo.

I haven't played at UB in awhile but when I did never had a problem ever with cashout issues. If I remember correctly though, email support was a bit lax.

That's not making sense to me. I've been at tables with folks who were starting again at lower stakes because of having cashed 1/2 their funds or so to buy holiday gifts.

If Ultimate Bet never paid the players, well then how were they sitting there griping about being back at the cheap tables? Something's not adding up.

There are plenty of valid complaints about UB, heck online poker in general, but not paying out? Ha! Maybe at a smaller less than reputable site that would be the case, but it just doesn't make sense for the UB's and FT's.

What's so hard to understand? They make a whole bunch of money from rakes and fees. They don't need to withhold people's winnings/earnings without a valid reason.

I'm sorry but if they pulled that kind of crap they'd lose more money than they'd make.

I have repeatedly asked the Pope to give me an audience. He refuses to return my calls or answer my emails. Imagine...a church as big as the Catholics and NO customer service!
