Anyone with PT3 able to help me with this problem?

I'm playing on DoylesRoom (CAKE network). Everytime I play a tournament, PT3 records it, but if I win, it does not come up. I have to go in and manually put in what I won for that tournament. (changing $0 to whatever I won)

Anyone have any ideas as how to fix this?

Only if you win the tournament, or even if you just cash? If it is always when you cash, you have to enter the tournament summary. Not sure how to do that on cake...

Why isn't it automatic? I know how, I've been doing it manually, it just blows.

If it isn't posted in the HH then PT3 doesn't know what it is. Same thing happens on PS. FT adds a game summary file in the HH folder and PT3 reads that to update the cash.

The results arent in the HH so PT3 dosent know about them.

PT3 does have an import option where you can import the results.

It depends on the site, I know Pokerstars have an option where you can request to be emailed the results of your last tournament and then this can be imported. So have a look and see if this room does something similar.

But the issue is HUDS monitor the HH's and the results aren't in the HH!

Yeah this is how I get my results added in when I have been playing sets of SNGs and MTTs. Request my last # of tournaments which includes SNGs and then save the email as a text file to my folder and import that.

Yes, but it will only record your results. You can't use the HUD.
