Anyone have a problem with Noble?

In the past couple of weeks, Noble has sent me e-mails accusing me of collusion- playing in sister sites at the same time. For one thing, you can't even run CD or Fair Poker at the same time as Noble. For another, Noble has WAY more tourneys than the other 2, so how could I possibly even be in the same tourney at the same time? If there is a way, I'm not aware of it and I don't want to know. I just want to know how I can get Noble to actually read their mail and pay attention to the problem. I've uninstalled Fair Poker and CD- if they keep bothering me about this- I will not hesitate to sue for harassment. So, I just wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem with the iPoker network.

Not had any problems here, though I don't do anything fishy ;]

I even can't login at Noble or sister site (Fair Poker, CD Poker). Their software locked my account a minute after registration finish, They say it automated...

I'd have to read the actual email from Noble to get a handle on this issue, but at face value it doesn't seem to make much sense. Playing simultaneously on different sites is "collusion"? If that's true, then half the players on the internet are guilty. The very definition of collusion is teamwork between players, or between a player and the poker site, in order to create an unfair advantage. If you and two of your buddies sit down at a ring game on Noble with your cell phones in hand or your instant messengers running and tell each other what your cards are, THAT'S collusion. How does what is described in the original post meet that standard?
