It's a popular point of view. I don't see why you wouldn't be able to run a bot to play SSS very successfully though. In fact this strategy even seems like it is designed for bots with its simplicity, and allegedly it is a long-term profitable strategy though I haven't used it and haven't seen anyone here say that they do. I thnk I'm right in saying Chris Ferguson used this strategy exclusively in his 0-10K experiment?

The other major threat is the advent of the colluding bot, bots at the same table sharing their hole cards in order to have more info and make better decisions.
