Someday, in an as yet to be determined future. Minus costs. Of course the costs will exceed the interest earned while those assets were frozen. And then the funds will only be returned with a entry on a banking account.

Awesome. It looks like it will probably take a while yet, but, at least the money is going to be returned.

It should be returned. The owners, of the money, had done nothing wrong or illegal.
