Amateur Question
I'm still pretty new on here (as you can tell by my #of posts) and as far as online poker goes still only play micro-stakes. Today I've been thumbing through the forums and noticed when posting a hand and asking for advice about a decision. Most people provide a series of numbers as information about there opponent ex.) He was 22/20/8 over 50 hands. Now i'm guessing these numbers are provided by some kind of helper program like poker tracker. Which I obviously doon't use. I'm curious as to what do these numbers mean, what do they actually represent. Let me know if you would.

Take a look in our Learning Poker and Poker Strategy threads, you will find answers there ... but the short answers:
1. Yes use Poker Tracker 3 or Holdem Manager. 2. 22/20/8 = 22 = VPIP , % of time voluntarily put money into the pot 20 = Pre Flop Raise , % of time makes a preflop raise 8 = Aggression Factor |
