All access visa..is now history..Pokerstars

one of my friends emailed pokerstars and this is what they said..

As of 2:00 am July 26th, the bank issuing the NetSpend All Access VISA
gift cards is not allowing online gaming transactions.

Unfortunately this situation is out of our control, banks in the US change
their policies on a daily basis.

At the moment we are not aware of any other gift or prepaid cards that
work in our system; if ePassporte is not an option, you may try using
Western Union or MoneyGram as deposit options. They are both money
transfer systems. You can get instructions for either one of these options
by selecting them in our cashier as payment methods.

I hope you find this information useful, if you require further
assistance, or would like us to walk you through any of this methods,
please write us back with a phone number and the best time to reach you
and we will be glad to assist you over the phone.
