AA VS 72 off Suit

Hello everyone, I did this test myself at home with a real deck of cards. I kept the As Ac and the 7h and 2d out of the deck and shuffled and dealt ten different flops, turn, and River.. i found out the 72 off will beat AA..2 out of every 10 hands.. or 1/5 of the time.. so when you get them Pocket rockets.. remember they arent invincible.. gl to you all

Try that 100 times or a 1000 times or 10,000 times.Your sample is to small to say that is the odds.And I would like my chances in a live game given that scenario.Maybe not on PokerStars lololololol

AA is a better hand but vs fish .....

A much simpler way would to have just used any odds calculator. Takes like two seconds, and accurate odds. Like so:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 12.578% 12.40% 00.18% 212248 3118.00 { 7c2d }
Hand 1: 87.422% 87.24% 00.18% 1493820 3118.00 { AhAs }

Look at that.

I did the same thing, but kept the AA out and dealt four hand's 100 times. The AA held up 62 times four handed. It lost 38% of the time. I have read that they are a 66% favorite, but never knew what number of players were involved.

sounds like some people have a little too much time on their hands to be dealing out 100 hands to see if AA holds up, but interesting little facts that seem pointless to me....but still interesting

While both of these ideas are correct conceptually, the sample size from your manual methods is statistically worthless. While your final results were within a some realm of reality, with such a small sample size, basic variance could have skewed the numbers so far that 72o was actually winning more than 50% of the time.

Kudos for working and understanding the manual concept, now just save yourself some time for playing poker by using an online calculator for better results.
