| This is a discussion on 6max, Preflop 3-betting within the online poker forums, in the General Poker section; Sup guys. Just wanted to know about preflop 3-betting percentages in 6max ring games. What is considered tight, what would be considered loose?... |

| Sample size is a pretty important consideration with this. Generally if I have like 300 hands or so, I will assume there 3bet range is within 3 percent or so of the actual stat. 0-4% is going to be a pretty tight 3betting range. 5-8% is going to be pretty average, with occassional light 3 bets, but mostly 3betting good hands. Over 10% and they are going to be looser with there 3bets, especially when on the button or restealing out of the blinds IMO. |
