40 cents I have been playing play money poker for a while trying to get enough to sell them but when i looked at my cashier i saw that i still had 40 cents on my account. What should i do to try to build that or should i just try to get more play chips to sell. ps-- how does the selling play chips transaction work?

re: 40 cents poker 70 FPP satellites, i'll give you a chance to double .40 on .02/.04 or play .25 at 10pm. I've read about selling playmoney on here. Didn't get any response when i tried. How much playmoney do you have? Last edited by D'wilius : 7th June 2008 at 5:45 PM.

re: 40 cents poker The minimum buy-in in limit is $.20, so you could always go there and take a shot at it. It's not likely to work, but it's only $.40. And then you can use the FPP's to try to get a bankroll if/when that doesn't pan out. The 70 FPP to the Sunday $100k are 10 player, winner-take-all games. If you unregister from the Sunday $100k you get $11T. You can use those $T to play S&G's and stuff to win real money that you can play with in ring games. Personally, I'd rather play the 210 FPP to the Sunday $100k. It has 20 players, but pays the top 6 places. In my opinion, the 210 FPP one would be more than 3x easier to win. At the 70 FPP winner-take-all game, one good player at the table can spoil it for you. Plus, blinds/antes at the end can make it a crap shoot. Beating the other 90% of the field can be rough. But with 6 people getting paid, you only have to beat 70% of the field. And people play too aggressive at the end of these things. Often they get to a point where they can fold their way to victory, but then shove with their A/To against someone who opens from early position. All the dumb play a the end, (people not understanding that they're playing for top 6, not #1) is a big advantage.

When I first started playing on-line, it was at Paradise, about 4-5 years ago. I had no thoughts about putting any real money in, and played for play chips for ages. After about a year, they gave me (yes, gave me) $2. I played 1c/2c cash games and freerolls for about another 6-9 months, and built it up to about $40. From there, you can play in small S&Gs and so on.
