2nd place again!

Well I played twice today in CDQ tourney (buy-in$3) first round got to 15 and qualified fora grand free-roll and this evening play and got 2nd place(for the 2nd time),don't get me wrong it was a tough game but so wanted the first place but 2nd is just the first place loser! LOL Learned a few more tricks and a new different name calling this time(cracker),thought I'd ROFL! I got even took him out!! I did end up and made a nice $60 bucks for 2nd place so that was a dang good day for me. OK I've bored you enough just wanted to share my accomplishment with my friends.

$3 Buy-in and $60 for end-place? Wow, sign me up. I'm not familiar with CDQ so if you could fill me in a little on where you were playing and such it'd be greatly appreciated! Goodjob by the way, sounds like there must've been alot of people in that tourney.

2nd place may be the first loser but how can a loser who WIN $60 bucks. In my opinion, the first loser is the first one who didn't place in the money.

Was going to play in that but received email from them saying they are putting the tour on hold at the end of the month (1st Feb i think) so before i became too involved.

It is a good idea - regular qualifiers - ($3 buy-in - $300 pot) if you make top 20 you make the weekending finals ($1000 pot) as well as monthly Finals ($2000 pot)

Ty all ,I'm sure their were 69 in the one I ended up in 2nd. Found you just have to sit back and let them take their own selves out for awhile,then switch into your mode and go for it. Main thing was not to let them bully me around relax and if I had it I go for it. Thanks! Maybe that's the wrong way of thinking but got to do what you have to.

CDQ it's qualifier join from here and get bonus plus the forum gets one also. Theirs all types of tables SNG,MTT etc.,think you would like it,only a $20 deposit their and it takes no time at all to register. I use Neteller I trust it. Hope to see you all at the tables. I was at the 2pm one also. made the final table and finished in 7th. could have done better but the cards just didn't come on my side today.
I waited until half the field was gone and then basically started to play.
Hey Buck seems you didn't use Shel's strat. i see that you can 2nd last? Do my eyes deceive me?
