25NL Update

Okay, so I have prob put in ~20k hands at 25NL. Of the ~15k on this computer, here is where I stand. If anyone cares to comment on my stats, I'd love to get some input from our more experienced members. I assume my BB/100 is great (but prob a little higher than what I can expect over the long run?). Anyway, how do the rest of my stats look? Can anyone interpret and offer me advise as to what I might look at to strengthen my game?

That last image is the past 24 hours. I ran pretty bad for awhile, but I am working my way back to continuing to grow my BR. I am thinking about loosely following the 50% profit withdrawal system -- taking $50 for every $100 growth. I've already taken my first $50. BR is currently $770 (down from $800 earlier today).

I recently read SNG Strategy, but I'm still feeling like my SNG game sucks. I have only played a few SNG since, but I feel like I am a long way from working my way out of a $175 SNG hole.

Thanks again to everyone here who has helped me improve my game. Hard to believe I started the year playing 2NL. At this rate maybe I'll hit 50NL by the end of the year.

Inso is this FR?

My thoughts fwiw, your bb/100 is not BB/100, so your actually running at around 3.7 PTBB/100, which is still a decent rate in my book.

Your pfr is way to small, if your gonna play 15%vpip, you should be looking at around 10%pfr. So your flat calling too much or limping when you should be raising. Also your 3bet % is kinda low, double this maybe.

Yes, FR. I haven't even started working on my HU game (which prob explains part of my SNG problems).

I'll have to look at the bb/100 vs. PTBB/100 thing again -- I remember reading about it awhile back, but I guess I forget...

PFR has been tricky for me of late. I'll put together some examples later to explain.

Wow, don't you adjust your opening requirements to position? There's barely any difference in vpip and pfr between them.

My overal vpip is 16 too, but it's 7 UTG and 27 on the button.

I'm surprised to see that too, because I have been making a conscious effort to fold marginal hands (like Ajo, KTo, QJo) in early position. It looks like HEM has a powerful reports feature, so I am going to try to identify some holes in my game. You've given me a great place to start looking.

Correction, it is a mixture of 6-max and FR. I probably should run some reports and try to figure out which is best for me...

Just a quick 25NL update. As you can see, it's been a bit rocky -- but I'm up a good $300+ so far this month, so I can't complain. I also recently discovered I am much stronger at FR vs. 6-max. So I'll stick with that for now.

I feel I have a lot of work cut out for me. For starters:

* Identify and fix holes in my game
* Learn how to use HEM to my advantage, starting with player profiling
* Work on my SNG game

But on the other hand I feel I have made a ton of progress over the past six months. Thanks again to everyone here who has helped me along the way.

One-third of your BR in play? That's a little too close to the edge for me.

Raise more preflop, 3-bet more preflop.
