Do you mean the hands were sick because you had good starting hands and lost or had to fold? If so I think that you were just being outplayed by the big stack on a medium size table where you must play more mediocre hands. On the second hand I was just wondering what happened at the showdown? Did some one have a 24 or 26 or maybe even an ace? Or maybe a set?

The first one was someone being an idiot and calling with a draw... you could have perhaps saved yourself the bet on the end since you'd made nothing, though, but that would depend on whether the opponent was liable to bluff with nothing.
On the second one, I'd have raised the flop. Not only did you have possibly the best hand (although the Ace was scary, 2 callers suggested draws rather than made hands), but you had a draw to the 2nd-best flush. It would get you information on your opponents and could get it checked round to you on the turn. The pot size supported calling even having allowed vegas dave to continue betting, though, because you had the 2nd best flush draw as well as the pair of Queens, and the pot was already very large.
