Yea i plan on being there... so there's really no reason for the rest of you guys to try :P

well nevermind, i guess with 10,000 you could still make some pocket change by coming in second to me

Hopefully i see you all at the final table (i'll be observer number 1)

OK, I'm in as Pigpen2. Pigpen02 was taken, and I think by me on Sportsbook. I wonder if I can cancel that account (instead of just abandoning it) and move my name to Cake?

i already registered and am playing there right now...

not a lot of freerolls, need to reach final table of qualifiers to get ticket for the ones with cash payouts ($350) that are scheduled every sunday...

but the $10,000 freeroll more than makes up for the lack of smaller freerolls

Yeah, I joined it as well. Only about 900 spots left...should fill up I'd guess. Though traffic at Cake Poker sucks (only 1600 players logged in right now), so there's a chance that maybe not. Besides, I don't mind a FR where the lowest payout is $19 (for 120th place) and 1st place is $2320!

I assume we will use this thread as the "look what is happening now" thread when it actually starts.

But 3500 people enrolled for the freeroll. Guess the freeroll will double traffic all by itself.

Nah, we can start a brand new thread later after the game starts to track forum member results.

i hope their servers could handle a sudden surge in logins...

btw, does anybody know if this is going to be a regular tourney?
are there any other freerolls out there with a similar payout or close to it?
