This is a discussion on $1.19 on FTP within the online poker forums, in the General Poker section; What can you do with a $1.19 on FTP? Seems like any buy-in starts at $1.25 min. for SnG and $2 for ring tables....

If only it wasn't at 12:30 I would. But it seems that if I got far it would be late and I wouldn't be able to play good poker tired. Oh well, thanks for the ideas. I guess I will just wait until next Sunday freeroll (since FTP really has no good freerolls).

re: $1.19 on FTP poker The freerolls are a safe enough bet. If you are a solid player, you can fare well in these tourneys and make alot of dough. I would suggest that you don't exclusively play in the nl hold em tourneys and focus alot on the limit and horse tourneys. Try to use your full tilt poker points to satillite into other tourneys. On Saturday, my bankroll was .79 and it is now at $35.24 thanks to 90 ftp satilliting me into the midnight madness tourney, where I won $34.45 for finishing 35th out of 1,566 in the tourney. Hope this helps.

When you improve your bankroll, I'd suggest that you do not play the .05/.10 ring games without a bankroll of at least $15. The play in these games are very loose and one could lose alot quickly. If you have more experience playing, play at the .10/.25 tables with a bankroll of about $20. Remember, once a bankroll is built to manage it wisely or you'll be back in this situation.

What is your Full Tilt screen name, I have $6.20 there and I am saving $5.50 for the next CardsChat Sunday buy in. So if you want i will send you .06 cents so you can enter the $1.25 SnG you mentioned. I would have done it already but I wanted to make sure of your Full Tilt screen name first.

Yes its late at 1:30am, but The Ferguson is a great tournament. The prize pool starts at $500 and by the time everybody is registered there is around $600-$700 in the pool with that many players. I played it over the weekend three nights in a row after a huge loss in my bankroll. I made my buy-in back plus a little.
