$0-$1000 CHALLENGE**

I am going to try to go from $0 to $1000
Many people might think its almost impossible to do this but, i am willing to do anything to get up to $1000.
There are many other people who try their luck and try get it up to $10,000, but many people fail.
I am trying to set a goal that can be reachable, and by using a forum like this, i can track my record and when I reach $1000 it will be one of the best feelings in my life.
I am starting on pokerstars with the name "quarterwater"
This is going to be a tough climb up to the top, but i am very determined to finish this....
I will start posting things everyday in order to reach my goal.
I have 69 FPP left over from a year ago, and I am using this to join the 10 FPP $500 guarantee tournament. Although this might be a head start for me, this is probably the best chance I have to start my bankroll.
The first one is going to be today!!

I have been trying this ($0-$1000) for 3 months now and i only won $17, whick I've already lost,I am back to square one.Anyway i wish you the best of luck.

Good Luck on this. Its going to take a lot of patience to get that bankroll starting and get high enough so it starts to stabalize. Im sure if you keep going at it though you will be able to accomplish it.

Try the the daily astronomer freerolls on pokerstars they are satellites to larger tourneys and you can get invited to the juno invitationals, which have a $500 prize pool.

OUCH! That sucks...

Pokerstars some times gives away $5 for signing up with them (home address etc..) I got that 5 dollars to 63 dollars
I got greedy and went into the 50 dollar sitn go double or nothing
and lost it all.
I learned some much with just 5 dollars.
this time I dont want to be greedy and build it up to 1000!!

gl luck on it , i did before it took me like 4months and a few days it was very frustratingthe first few weeks. gl

my friend has been trying to do something similar, but he started with $0.50 cents... after almost a year he is at $450.00 the reason its taking him so long is because he played 0.01/0.02 for 8 months building up to $300.00 just recently he moved up to 0.02/0.05 and 0.05/0.10.. ..

I started with zero in November and am up to about $40 now.

I played alot of the astronomer freerolls, until I cashed for $3 in the second round. Then I started playing the 10 cent buyins with 360 players that run constantly. After I won two of those, I started playing the 10 cent buyin tournies with $50 and the 25 cent, $100 added tournies. Those tournies are low-hanging fruit for a patient player.

Then I won a freeroll on FTilt, and have increased that stake playing the .05/.10 pot-limit Hold 'Em games there.

Good luck, it can totally be done, but be ready for a friggin grind..
I am at about 550 from zero right now, but thats mostly thanks to two big wins.
