when is the rigth time to make your move?

patient is kind of a golden key to get good results on any MTT or sits, u have to study all of your opponents and play on safe mode until a significant number of players had gone or u had cashed. so when is the rigth moment to make a move? i usually make my move when i have less than 15 times the blinds on an advance mtt. on the other hand when i got more than the average chip count, i try to get up to put me in the position to figth for the gold. some peolpe tell me that THE MOVE thing does not exist, that u have to get involved all the time and play agressive to put the pressure on ur opponent even tho u know u may have not the best hand. so what do u think guys?
