Whats your Razz Stategy

I was just wondering how everyone plays. Do you only play hands if you start with 3 good cards? Do you give up on a hand when it pairs, or when you get 2 high cards.

Personally I dont look at my hole cards much. I play mostly by what is showing. If im showing 2345, it doesnt matter if i have 2-2-5 as my hole cards. Most of the time, people will fold when they see cards like that.
