What's the average WTSD% for 10nl?

Just curious, those of you that have PT3 or HEM and play 10nl what is your WTSD% ?

My last 7k hands at 6-max 10nl. A WTSD of 27.0% with a W$SD of 50.8.

WTSD: 24 W$SD: 60.8

WTSD: 22.63
W$SD: 60.22

Last 2 posts, you need to get to showdown more. Lol I know this post is not helpful in the least bit but you are not going to showdown enough. 1 thing may be that you are folding in situations where you should be calling etc.

FWIW my stats were from 10NL Rush.

Calling down unknown situations seems to be a losing battle that I removed from my rush game.

No need to get defensive now. But Im sure if you go through your DB, you would find a lot of situations where you folded and a call would have been standard.

You think so? I don't play 10nl but my FR WTSD stat from 25nl thru 100nl is 24.5%. Beside folding too much this stat can be influenced by betting too thinly on the river (spots where you opponent is not calling very often).

Well from some nl people I talked to, they said ideally you would be at like 25-26% but then again, it depends so much on player type etc.

Maybe so. I would say that both zek and the dark side's W$SD stat seems really high. That probably indicates folding a bit too much more than anything else. That stat is usually within a couple of % points of 50% I believe.

It takes a bad beat to swing my bankroll down a meaningful amount if that's what you mean.

AA lost to KK all-in preflop, and an AA lost to an AQ that got all-in when they flopped top pair (no other draws). It happens.

Not really talking about bad beats. I'm just saying that you're not getting to SD very often without the best hand. It's likely a combination of a few things. You probably play tight preflop so you're starting with the better hand on average. You probably give people too much credit postflop so you're folding away some equity on occasion.

None of these things are right or wrong but you are likely sacrificing some value. Doesn't mean you can't be a big winner.

What's the sample size on the WTSD/W$SD stats you posted?

A little over 26K hands from July and August.

I suppose it's a good problem but I've had those academy things tracking me the last couple months. For the Rush one I've been stuck for about 2 days now with no one re raising me when I make a raise from the button.

How often do you ATS from the BTN?

If adding the ATS stat to the Positions -> Position Hands report was correct it's 26.66%

I'm generally looking for one of two things.

A hand of some sort or high sb and bb blind fold percentages with no limpers in the pot before me.

You can look to steal more. Just add some more to what you call "a hand".

I'm sitting here with this thought on my buttons now.

I think I'd rather loosen how much folding I've seen the buttons do than add more hands to regular raises.

Go for the more probable blind scoops than raising with hands that I'm folding if I get re raised.

Is there a set of stats besides BB/Hand from the button to track and monitor as the ATS (should) be creeping up?

My SB ATS is 28.96. I feel like I've been raising and getting a lot of unexpected calls from the BB when I'm raising with decent or better hands from the SB. The unexpected calls tend to shut me down unless I hit the flop good. Playing out of position sucks.

So you're ATS is higher from the worst position on the table than it is from the best??? I think we have a problem.

I call a shit ton from the BB when the SB opens. Why? Because playing HU OOP sucks and I can float lots of flops and take bigger pots on the turn/river. You don't need to tighten up the SB range too much but I would suggest opening the BTN range considerably.

I crushed this down as much as a could for a screen shot.

Can't remove the AA (gotta be some bad AA/KK losses in there)

I'm doing much better with 1 rush table than multi tabling to get my hands in.

Stop completing in the SB so much. Your implied odds aren't NEARLY as good as you think because
1. You're OOP and can not control the pot size very easily
2. No one really goes broke in limped pots without the 2nd nuts at least.

I play very raise or fold from the SB.

How often do you 3 bet a SB open from the BB? I do it a ton when playing omaha but not sure how often others do it in holdem.

I do it more for value honestly. At work so don't have my stats to say exactly. I flat there more than raise though just because the SB's range is generally really weak and they fold to a 3bet without premiums but I'll usually get a cbet from them anyway if I just flat pre, flat cbet, bet turn when checked to.

sb = small blind
ats = attempt to steal
wtsd = went to show down
w$sd = won $ at show down

So a showdown % of 27 and $won of 50 is more optimal? I play a fairly standard 22/20, 39% ATS, 8.5% 3-bet at 10nl 6-max over 8k hands. Small sample lol.

I have no idea for 6-max stats but I think a W$SD stat close to 50% or just slightly higher is pretty standard across games.

Feels like I overshot a bit. The blinds are pounding back at me now. Add about 5-6K more hands to the stats and it's a BB ATS 28.82 winning 0.14 BB/hand (seems low?) I didn't track the second part of that before trying more steals. Over the same time the SB ATS is now 29.92 (slowly going up) with a VPIP 16.33 (slowly coming down) and the win rate holding steady at -0.18. Moving on to the BB, I didn't track the original stats but I've been calling more raises by the SB when it's just us and feels like that is going well more often than not. I dunno about getting too much into what the perfect players stats are. Finding problems where I can pick up more $ w/o increasing my variance too much is nice since I don't like big swings. I'm most comfortable slowly grinding it out and not getting tilted.
