What is the consensus of play? On suited hands but not high cards- ya know- 6/7 suited or 2/4 suited? Do you fold these or bet to see the flop? I have a hard time with this. I see people win with them but whenever I try...I get called to the woodshed for a spanking! LOL! So, I'd like to get an idea on what people generally do in these situations. Thanks, Melz

Yeah, Roanan1 beat me to it, but I'd have to agree with him, late position, if you're not terribly shortstacked, pay the blind, or half to see what can flop, but if someone's raising big, walk away....if later on you see that you would have gotten a monster hand, comfort yourself that you made the RIGHT play, even if it wasn't the lucky one.

re: What is the consensus of play? poker Many players will play any two suited cards from any position and they will play an Ace with any small kicker. These hands are losers in the long run and you should avoid getting into the habit of playing them. They are traps that will cost you money.
