Oh my god, that's awful!!!! First hand you were behind and all-in pre-flop, improved past him on the flop, and he came back to win on river. Second hand he had 12 outs on the river. You must be the unluckiest player ever to lose a hand where you're not favourite then lose a "coin flip" hand!

Yes I know.. miscounted.. but took a break anyway.. sucks to be ahead but actually behind.. then again when you are favorite to win twice in a row.. Kinda like the champ being knocked out cause of a lucky punch. By the way it was 8 outs on that last one.. 3 tens, 3 8's and 2 queens.. Then again considering I was allready favored with the 4's..

1st hand was runner runner card.. So yes even in both cases.. I was the favorite..

Off to play something else for a bit.. Cards aren't coming anyway.. Not getting much for my hole cards, not hitting much on the flop. Just easier to step away for a while. Cards can't stay cold forever... Just a run of miserable bad luck.

Dont get too disheartened Twizzy. The problem is when you get cold decked for a while you tend to focus WAY too much on the hand you lose ! Im sure that you had you fair share of good cards to make it that far in the Sit and Go.

You seemed to be running a little scared at the heads up stage. You should'nt really be taking coin-flip all-in's unless your opponent was going all in every hand or out-playing you. Just re-focus for a while, read your books again or just play ABC for a while.

Nah - 12. 3 10's and 3 8's to give him higher 2nd pair. 3 Q's (not 2) to counterfit your pair and give him higher kicker. The final 3 outs (3 6's) would split pot, as neither of you would beat board (2 pair + Q kicker).
