TriggaLos' One Table SNG video!!!
I made the below post in another thread which can be found here. It's kinda hard to talk about how you should play hands in a long winded post. So, I thought I would play a one table sit and go and show everyone that is interested, what I was talking about below.
NOTE: This is my first attempt ever of a video. I've never used the software before. I had trouble with the audio, at first. So you'll hear static for a second, in a couple of spots. The video is an hour and a half long. I uploaded it in ten parts to youtube, which is posted below. I will also post a link later with a full length version of the video. I will give the rest a view, later today..
Looks great TriggaLos, i would like to know, if you know their are weak players, why did you not push them around?? I don't have HUD running, i can pick off the weak players by their folding, limping, witch is a good point you made. |

Not sure what you are asking. If you only watched the first video it's too early in the tournament to be pushing anyone around. We don't have the stack size or the reads on players. Trying to make moves early only gets you into trouble and you end up out of the tourney early. |

I can get somewhat of a read, with in 10 to 20 hands, well on the ones who like to limp every hand, i always test them to see if they will call any raise. |

Thanks for doing this CHAMP
![]() I just got done watching all of the video straight through & really enjoyed hearing your thought process not only regarding the hands you were in,but what the other players were doing when you were not in the hands as well. I must say I was a little surprised with the 1010 laydown midway through the tourney to the nit ,but after hearing your reasoning I have to admit it made perfect sense . Your discussion about min raising was especially informative to me as I sometimes find myself in similar situations where I have lost some of my stack & those 3x 4x raises tend to get me pot committed on steals that were either at the wrong time, or where i just got unlucky that the blinds find a hand to battle with. I think if I take nothing else from these videos except utilizing my stack properly both when I am short stacked or big it was worth the time invested watching them ![]() |

Thanks so much, Trigga! I think you might have a career opportunity here. Seriously. Your analysis throughout the entire gig was not only astute, but understandable to the average player which I feel is a huge plus.
Can't wait until the next one... |

The video was a one table SNG on PS. I play one table SNG's on the big three, FTP, PS and Ultimatebet. Quote:
The video was a pain in the ass to make. I had no clue how to use the software when I started. But, now that I've done it, it will be easier and better the next time around.Quote:

If you are having problems with the video being so small. Go to View, then zoom, and then check 200% on the tool bar of your browser. Last edited by TriggaLos : 25th October 2009 at 6:47 AM. |

I have watched 1 & 2 and so far loving it! I plan to watch the rest on Sunday & Monday or maybe all on Sunday. Like someone else has mentioned, I like that you go over your thought process of each hand, even the hands that you are not in.
Do you normally play 1 table at a time or do you multi-table when you are playing 1 table sng's? I had a great run last week and the last few days have been horrid for me. I have non stop distractions at home, that's my life and no getting around it. My problem is not dropping down to fewer tables the past few days while I've been playing (in my defense I was under the impression I would have limited distractions while playing and it didn't work out that way). What program did you use to make the video? I had been pm'ing back and forth with several members last week and I can't remember which one suggested a program to me - I believe it started with a C. *On a side note - you have a sexy voice Trigg! Next time you make a video can you say in a low raspy voice "Who's your daddy?" LMAO! (Just trying to embarrass you!) Great job and I look forward to to watching the others! |

I did find out how to take care of a bully, it was the first time i tried it, on one. 2 where taken out, with in 18 hands. 1 of which i took out, with a raise from the button JKos, and had her calling my bets, the flop was JJ5, i was making pot size bets, and the river came a king, pot size bet, she reraises me and so i call, she shows J4, that was 10 hands in. |

Nicely done Trigga.
Thank you for putting this together and I especially liked the fact it was not a slam dunk, you did have a couple tricky spots and it helped to see you work through them and prevail. Awesome job and Congrats on the win! |
